Ken has spent more than three decades working domestically and internationally for leading hotel companies, including Intercontinental, Outrigger, Southern Pacific hotels and, more recently, operating as New Zealand Regional Manager for the Mantra Hotel Group. Ken has worked in hospitality businesses in countries as far afield as Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu , Malaysia and England, as well as Australia and New Zealand.

Ken’s senior management roles have included General Management positions, and regional country responsibilty, overseeing not only the operation of hospitality businesses, but also the acquisition of hotels.

His work across a diverse variety of hotel models, has provided him with a comprehensive background in every kind of business and investment structure, from single-owner properties through to strata management, including the control of management letting rights, management contracts, management agreements and time share.
