In 1955 the Tourist Hotel Corporation
was established to encourage the development of
international hotel tourism in New Zealand.
Over half a century later, the demand to reinvigorate a dynamic local industry by providing unique investment opportunities and proven management capability, has seen the establishment of a new THC brand.
THC was founded by senior executives with extensive experience in major organisations within the hospitality industry. Their experience encompasses work in both the local and international market, including Australia, the UK, Asia and the South Pacific.
In particular, the directors of THC have managed a broad range of hospitality entities, from single owner hotel properties to complex multi-site leisure contracts. This has included building a comprehensive background in establishing complex strata and time-share hotel properties.
THC is built on a simple business philosophy:
